Current Position:
I am an Academic Advisor at Michigan State University in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences. I also work out of the Dean's office on special projects. I advise PRSSA (public relations student society of America) and will teach a class in the spring.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Student Affairs Administration, Michigan State University
• B.A. in English, College of Wooster

Previous Student Affairs Experience:
During my time as a graduate student I was the project manager for One Book, One Community- a community and University reading program at MSU. I also served as the graduate assistant in the Office of Admissions and Scholarships.

Involvement with MCPA:
I have been a member of MCPA since 2004 when I started Graduate school. This is the first time I have been involved beyond attending conferences.

Other Facts :
I live in Lansing with my husband Joel. We have two dogs - Indy, a chocolate lab and Gus, a jack russell terrier.
