MCPA Award Nomination Process

Calls for Award Nominations will go out to MCPA membership during the nomination cycles for each award.

Colleagues are highly encouraged to submit nominations of deserving individuals for each category. Self-nominations are also accepted for the Outstanding Service and John Zaugra Outstanding Research/Publication Awards. Please include the following information:

• Name of nominee
• Nominee’s professional title or graduate program affiliation (must be current MCPA member for the John Zaugra Outstanding Research/Publication and Service Awards)
• Nominee’s work and/or home address, phone number and e-mail address
• Nominator’s name, title, and/or graduate program affiliation (must be a current MCPA member)
• Nominator’s work address, phone number and e-mail address
• A description of the nominee’s qualifications for the award and other criteria, as required
