Annual Forum

Senior Student Affairs Officers & Community College Student Services Leaders Meeting

As the citizens of Michigan advocate for increased access and participation in post-secondary education, it is more important than ever for student affairs and student services professionals to effectively meet the needs of students.

One way this need can be met is through collaboration between two-year and four-year institutions. To encourage these partnerships, the Michigan College Personnel Association (MCPA) cordially invites all senior student affairs and student services leaders to attend an open-agenda forum with other senior student affairs and student services leaders from across the state.

The forum coincides with the 2007 MCPA Annual Conference, All Students Matter: Creating Inclusiveness Against All Odds, and will take place on Monday, October 22 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon. We are honored to have Dr. Jack Kay, Acting Chancellor, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Professor of Communication at the University of Michigan-Flint, serve as the facilitator of this dialogue.

The forum is free for participants. Lunch will be available at a cost of $24.00. As a participant in the forum, you are not required to stay for lunch. If you wish to participate in the Annual Conference, please complete the registration form and submit it as indicated with appropriate fees.
